Clipper — Terms of Service

What this is

Clipper is a desktop application that runs on the user's own computer. It cuts long videos into short vertical clips and, on the user's explicit approval, uploads a clip to that user's own TikTok account. It is provided free of charge, as-is, with no warranty of any kind.

Using it

By using the app you agree that:

• You will only upload content you have the right to publish, and you remain responsible for everything posted from your account.
• You will follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nothing in these terms overrides them.
• You will connect only your own TikTok account, and you may disconnect it at any time from TikTok's app-permission settings.
• You will not use the app to post spam, misleading content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

What the app will not do

The app never posts without an explicit approval action for that specific clip, and it posts only to the account that authorized it. It has no scheduled or unattended publishing that the user has not switched on themselves.

Availability and liability

The app is a personal tool, not a hosted service. It may stop working if TikTok changes its API, and it may be changed or discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including content removal, account restrictions, or lost work.
